Terms and conditions

By shopping in our online store, you hereby confirm the terms below.

Payment
All items are sold net per. 15 days, or against prepayment if Wenstøp AS requires this. Wenstøp AS reserves the right to ownership of all delivered goods until they are properly paid.

Shipment
We ship the goods with our regular carriers. The shipping cost is paid by Wenstøp AS and charged to the customer by invoicing. Shipping quoted in online store and on order confirmation is estimated. Correct shipping cost will appear on invoice. Minimum shipping is kr. 147.00

Delivery
Delivery time is always stated in working days. The delivery time will apply from accepted proof / order confirmation. In connection with holidays, delivery time may be extended. Delivery time is the date of dispatch from our warehouse. In case of express delivery (within 24 hours), the order must be received before 11.00.

Prices, etc.
All prices are in NOK and are free of shipping and VAT. The last price list applies. Delivered quantity may differ from ordered quantity to customize delivery to standard pack size, as well as products printed with logo / text, up to 20%.

Cliche
On all goods that are charged with "cliche" this is to be regarded as a starting price. Cliche includes a draft print image made on the basis of information received from the customer. When re-ordering the same product with the same print, no cliche is charged. Some items may be charged with start charge each time, although there will be no change in print, this is the result of our supplier charging us a start costs. Cliche is kept with us for 3 years from the date of order. The cliche cost will vary depending on product and print, (usually NOK 390, - for 1 color print + NOK 95, - per extra color). Complaints / Returns
Complaints must be submitted within 8 days of recieving the item. In case of transport damage, the damage must be noted on the consignment note at goods receipt. Requirements as a result of transport damage must be submitted by us to the carrier. Wenstøp AS responsibility is limited to the value of the goods delivered. Return of goods only by arrangement. These are usually credited with 85% of the invoiced price. Items with the customer's impression can not normally be returned.


We make reservations for errors and omissions, as well as delays we are not responsible for.
